Homemade Yoghurt

私も自家製ヨーグルトに挑戦しました。
粉ミルク+低脂肪プレーンヨーグルト!結果は、飲むヨーグルトと食べるヨーグルトの間のような物。

酸っぱさが全然無い。最初にしてはGOOD!

So I challenged to make a homemade yoghurt too.
From Anlene (the powder milk) + low fat plain yogurt.
The texture is a little like drinking yogurt but it's not sour at all!

I made from low fat liquid milk, heat the milk up a little in the micro, then add some powdered skim milk. For 800cc liquid milk, 2-3 sp.powder skim milk, I add 1,5 tablespoon of yogurt. Leave it covered near the fridge where hot air comes out. Let it there for about 8-10 hrs...voila, nice yogurt for your health.
Use your imagination to enjoy it even more.
