Went to salon near my office, introduced by my colleague who has beautiful lock. The salon was tucked in one of the Tampines block, few Ah bengs sitting outside and inside was filled with Indian sistas & hot Malay young moms, it was like Jenny from the bronx. Then I saw the sign, $10 hair cut ! (wash is additional $8).
Obviously I got nervous... I was so ready to stop the stylist as soon as I felt not right.
But I'm so happy it turned out nice, all for $20 (what's a $2 tip after all the worry!)
